Armoured Combat Champion Winner of the annual armoured combat tournament.   Arts & Sciences Champion Awarded for their continuing participation and excellence in the Arts & Sciences   Baronesses Champion Champion selected by the Baroness to serve for a year as the fighting inspiration for the Barony. This is not the Baroness' Rapier Tourney Champion held at Festival.   Baronial Archery Champion Awarded for their prowess at the Archery Butt. This award is a cumulative score over a number of shoots.   Baronial Artisan The Baronial Artisan is a member of the populace who is selected to represent the Barony of Rowany in the field of Arts and Sciences.   Baronial Companion The Baronial Companion is a non-martial member of the Baronial Guard. The Companions provide personal assistance to the Baroness and Baron, and are also called a Lady-in-Waiting. They are appointed in pairs, with one pair appointed at Rowany Festival, and the other at Rowany Yule.   Baronial Cypher The Baronial Cypher is a token of appreciation given by the Baroness and Baron to members of the populace for their assistance in making the Baroness and Baron's term of service easier.   Baronial Guard Baronial Guard are the martial members of the Baronial Household. They represent the Baroness and Baron on the martial field. They are appointed in pairs, with one pairing being appointed at Rowany Festival and the other being appointed at Yule.   Baronial Page A junior member of the Baronial Guard.   Candle of Friendship For those who have contributed much to the Barony, that have moved away, and their presence will be greatly missed.   Order of the Dovetail Awarded for consistent courtesy towards others. This award is given solely at the pleasure of the Baroness. There is currently no token for this award.   Order of the Frantic Falcon The Frantic Falcon is for Event Stewarding above and beyond the call of sanity. As the barony is host to the Rowany Festival, the Kingdoms largest event, you can imagine the necessity for this award. The token is a gold medallion embossed with a falcon displayed, suspended from a green and white cord.   Order of the Golden Staple The Staple is for Service to the Barony. The token is a medallion with (Per pale vert and gules, a staple Or) upon it, but has more recently been awarded in the form of a golden embossed token suspended from a red, green and white cord.   Order of the Rowan Berries The Berries is for endeavours in the various Arts and Sciences. The token is a pouch bearing (Two rowan leaves conjoined vert, pendant therefrom three berries gules).   Order of the Rowan Haft Awarded to those who have given consistently to The Barony over a long period of time. The token of the Rowan Haft is a shaft of wood.   Order of the Silver Cinquefoil Ofttimes the Barony receives assistance from a gentle who lives outside the boundaries of the Barony. The Silver Cinquefoil is a mark of thanks and the esteem in which they are held by the Barony. The token is a silver cinquefoil (a five-lobed flower), either set as a pin, or as a pendant.   Rapier Combat Champion Winner of the annual rapier combat tournament.   Rowany Bard Appointment as Baronial Bard for 12 months by Baronage Rowany   Victrix Banner Is awarded to the victorious Heraldic Melee team at Festival.   Yeomanry Those combatants who serve the Barony in its martial endeavours for considerable time are asked to join the Yeomanry. The badge of the Levy is an Ailette (i.e. a shoulder plate and a precursor to the epaulette) bearing (Per chevron dovetailed argent and vert)
